Bad: - TV turning in every time power was available was VERY annoying, especially since the aquarium video looped so fast. - Door rattled every so often (probably when a specific other door was opened or closed?) - had to shim the door to stop it - Hairs of previous customers stuck in the headrest material (not really the fault of cleaning - I guess that sort of material just kinda grabs onto hair) - Confusion about which elevator to use. Had a stamp on my card envelope that told me to use another elevator, but the one BEFORE the bar was correct. (A colleague who checked in later hat the reverse experience - no stamp, but he needed to take the other one). Maybe some sort of signage at the elevators like “[ ]00 - [ ]49 that way” Meh (= don’t really care but why not give some feedback) - Don’t know if that’s a thing or just a coincidence, my previous hotel experiences all had fridge on the room, which is really nice for storing rations for long trips and such - Cool “turn all lights off” switch was only on the right side of the bed - Showerhead was leaky - Paper cup over the toilet confused me, if it were for rinsing after brushing teeth I’d prefer it to be next to the sink (I know it doesn’t make a really difference from a hygiene standpoint, but I guess psychologically - I immediately thought ‘must be some kind of toilet cup?’) - price of the breakfast was a bit much Good: - Overall quiet - Simple WiFi setup (no weird X-hour-passes or paid options was refreshing!) - liked the simplicity of the room - Soap was really nice - Everything felt clean - Staff was friendly, especially the person in the morning that proactively told me about the fast checkout and immediately took note of a broken toilet issue, I was still sleepy and wasn’t sure how to describe the issue, her response felt very professional and gave me a good feeling of “everything’s taken care of” - Curtains do block light as needed - Desk with easily visible socket right next to it - didn’t have breakfast, but reading that there are vegan options was nice! Maybe you could go into it more, I personally associate hotel breakfast with all kinds of bacon/egg stuff that’s “fancy but not for me”

Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. Room was very clean & comfortable. Bar patio was beautiful. Machine coffee was not great. Needs to be stronger.

Room was small. There was no water in the room, was given some card to show it in the bar to get water bottle. A complimentary bottle in the room would be preferable. Asked for an iron box, way told to do it in a staff room, getting the clothes down and ironing was weird.

Despite checking in online in advance, checking in at the hotel proved difficult around 23.00. After that everything else was excellent. Good clean room. It had everything i needed except possibly a kettle. But overall excellent accomodation at a good value cost.

Fan in bathroom did not work and it smelled bad. I told the reception in the morning but it was not fixed. Aircon also did not work so I had to sleep with an open window (loud). Other colleagues got free water every day, I did not.
Top reception, trained and friendly staff, clean room, clean and pleasantly scented hotel, great spacious lobby for working and relaxing, excellent breakfast buffet, I would love to come back."

I’m a longstanding client (almost 15 years now) of Motel One and always appreciate your hotel. Unfortunately this time we noticed two unpleasant things: two out of the three rooms we booked (2 people per room) were prepared for single occupancy. We had to ask twice to fix it… Finally at breakfast fruit salad was not available anymore a full hour before the end of the service; this happened twice (Sunday and Monday). Fortunately on Monday, after having insisted we had a kind person taking care of our request and she prepared it for us. This is a pity because it doesn’t fit the quality of Motel One that I normally remember.

Stayed here several times now, as it is conveniently located for visiting relatives. The staff always very helpful and rooms spotless. If you don't include breakfast when booking, the option to take breakfast, should you need to, is welcome.
All good, just the breakfast is slightly declining, but only when it comes to details: Less choice of tea (Early Grey), no lemon juice (or slices) anymore without asking, sugar only at the machine but salt in little paper sachets... Just makes things a tad more complicated. Ah yes: and the shower heads are not properly fixed: they spit wherever they like, not where I would like them to...

Netjes, schoon en fijn hotel. Badkamer paraktisch. Ontbijt niet genomen omdat ik weinig eet in de ochtend.
Motel one was a clean and serviceable place to stay. Convenient location with access to lots of transportation options.
There was frequently a long line at reception. My key stopped working twice and I had to wait both times. The bar staff was very nice though.
Good location (with links from Munich train station) Check in was good with friendly staff. The rooms were very small but clean. Breakfast was decent with a good fresh choice
people working on the reception could be more welcoming and helpful. I had a hard time finding the right elevator to my room and they just told me the direction, did not take care of the situation really.

Room was smaller than we are used to from other Motel One hotels, also the price was pretty high. But on the other hand the price for parking was very good. We liked cleanliness. Pillows were from some synthetic material, wasn’t comfortable, would like to have option for feather pillows..
I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, that is very important. Also the bed was wonderful. I was put on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Unfortunately there was a lot of water spilling out of the shower cubicle onto the floor, although I tried to wash as carefully as possible. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, not sure I would take it in the future but would recommend the hotel

Het verblijf in Motel One Campus was goed. Wat wij echter niet verstaan is dat wanneer het hotel volboekt is (en jullie voor het grootste deel al op voorhand weten wie er zal ontbijten) er zo een chaos/file is aan het ontbijt. Mensen die op die morgen voor de eerste keer ontbijten in Motel One Campus, die zie je nadien nooit meer terug als klant. Zelfde ‘s avonds aan de bar. Een massa mensen die na het optreden van Metallica op vrijdagavond nog iets willen consumeren aan de bar en dan moeten vaststellen dat er maar 2 man achter de bar staan … vreemd
Alle Motel One hotels zijn uitstekend. De service en personeel zijn altijd attent en vriendelijk. Wij logeren altijd in Motel One en dit doen wij al een aantal jaren
Gedurende ons verblijf van 3 nachten hadden we constant last van een slechtruikende badkamer. Na onze opmerking hierover aan de balie zou dit nagekeken worden en zouden we indien geen oplossing een andere kamer krijgen. Bij onze terugkeer enkele uren later was er een andere bezetting aan de balie die nergens van wist. Het probleem in de kamer was ook niet opgelost. Dus hebben we onze volgende 2 nachten maar in de ‘stank’ doorgebracht
Perfecte opvolging van bij de boeking via internet. Vriendelijk onthaal, propere kamer, aangename bar. Goed gelegen. Motel One kwaliteit over heel de lijn!

Het design van ons Motel One München-Campus is helemaal gewijd aan het merk Motel One, omdat zich hier ook het hoofdkantoor en de One Campus bevinden. Bij mooi weer vindt u hier inwoners en toeristen die liggen te zonnebaden, joggen of barbecueën. Aan de Flaucher, een heel mooi stukje van de Isar, ontdekt u naast de ongerepte natuur ook tal van traditionele kroegen.
